Baby cheetah and mom

Mom just wants to rest a while, ok?

Big stretch...

Got up early for a morning game drive. Unfortunately, it started to rain. Stopped off at the visitors' centre and saw 7 lions under the trees not more than 200m from the office.

After brunch and a quick nap, we set off again in the late afternoon for another game drive. This time, we saw 4 lion cubs in a tree and a lioness in the grass on the other side of the road. We pulled up right beside the tree!!

Also saw 4 more lions, dik-dik, impala, warthogs, topi, bushbucks, giraffes, rock hyreks (big gerbils), kongioni, baboons, and a hippo actually running out of the water. It was so funny to see it run!!! Boy, was it quick though!!! Would want that running after me!!!

We got back to the Serona Lodge for sunset drinks on our last night in the Serengeti.
