| Sammy: Today Granddaddy made us some of his homemade pancakes!!! YUM!!! Then, Grandmommie took us grocery shopping to pick out food we wanted to eat while we were staying in North Carolina. When we got back, we put our bathing suits on and went to the river in Cherokee with Granddaddy. I had known that the river was going to be chilly since we had gone there many times before, brememberdn't remeber it being this cold!!! It was freezing!!! My legs even started to get numb!!! Luckily the water wasn't too deep or too cold to still have some fun. When we got back we told Grandmommie about our adventures. I hope we have even more tomorrow!!! Ryan: This morning, for breakfast, we had some of Granddaddy's delicious, world-famous pancakes. When we were done with our fantastic breakfast, Granddaddy took us to the river by their house. When we got in, Sammy said it was freezing. I, on the other hand, thought it was toasty warm. There was a couple big fish about 10 inches long. There was also gazillions of minnows. When I tried to spear one with a stick, all I got was it's tail. I was hoping there would be some salamanders so I could catch them and have them as pets. When we got back to the house, we told Grandmommie about how much fun we had and had some lovely, dinner!!!! |
