| For Lisa's final week with us, we decided to go "on vacation" and take a break from looking for a place to live. We stayed on the ocean, about 15 miles west of Port Angeles, explored the local beach and tide pools, and went on some day trips. And we ate more cherries. After Lisa left, we briefly checked out Port Townsend and Sequim, which had been on our "places to live" list. We liked Port Townsend, but felt that it was too remote. In Sequim we realized that we don't really like living in a place where it only rains 16-18 inches a year (and it is pretty remote also). |
