Also keep the messages flowing in, I have not added them onto our gueust book as you can see but thanks those of you that tune in to our page and follow our travels. We will try not to bore you.
Another day in Paradise over here, its truely just like the movie a Year In Provence, small villages with narrow cobbled streets, the local markets, lots of produce. This morning we went to the local village of Cotignac, bought our usual goodies for lunch etc, also met a local cheese maker that makes Beaufort cheese, he sells one whole round of cheese for 2000 euro! it sits for 3 years to mature though and comes from milk from the cows from the summer in Val D'Isere where we went skiing. Back to relax poolside and kids read a book and then out for another small adventure to Villecroze, a local village that has Caves built into the sides of hills, where the villagers hid from their enemies in the Civil War. Then onto Tourtour up on a hill, supposedly the prettiest village in all of France...we did not actually see why..but was pretty lovely all the same. had a Kronenberg beer in a cafe in the square then back down the hill to Salernes our local village for 2 huge wood fired pizzas for dinner. Back for all to do diaries and look at map to plan our next travels.
