Salt River Canyon lies halfway between Springerville and Globe. It is known as the "Little Grand Canyon". We traveled back to Globe to spend a few more days with Mom and Dad. Tonight we took them out to dinner at the Apache Gold Casino for a surprisingly good sea food buffet and playing the penny slots. We all started with $1.00. Anchi did the best getting his up over $10.00 three times! Everyone went home with big smiles on their faces.
