|Our day began when the alarm went off at 4:00 AM. We did not sleep well at all, and were up very early, so I knew we were going to be tired when we got back to the valley today.
I drove to the Mark Twain Cave complex and met Cathy Jo and Jennifer there.
We drove the Van to St Louis with the two girls in the back, just like I described in this journal yesterday.
The girls took the Van after Marilyn & I disembarked at the airport.
Our flights to Dallas, on to Austin and then to Harlingen were all just fine with absolutely no problems whatsoever.
Heinz & Irene were waiting for us and the timing was perfect. They had just arrived as we walked out from the terminal. It was great to see their smiling faces and to receive the hugs from both of them. We do miss our kids (Jennifer & Steve), and our grandson, Colby, but we are glad to be home!
Back at the RV we unpacked and sat down to relax. We are both worn out!
We had a great time and I will post many pictures for you tomorrow.
For now, I must apologize for this short entry.
We will go to bed early tonight and be ready to face the world tomorrow morning. I promise!
For now, dear readers, I bid you goodnight!
