|We spent today touring the Parliament buildings, Capital Hill, Mount Ainslie and around. Today was the first day of the government for the year and there were protesters on the grounds. We were being Canadian and wearing our red hats and bandannas.. Little did we know this was a sign of protest. Oops.. we then drove south to the coast. Elton let me drive. It was hairpin turn after hairpin turn...just like the Road to Hanna In Maui. We stopped at a road side lookout in the middle of the Rain Forrest. The smell was incredible...the view was a misty forest. We then found a campsite in Tathra right on the Tasman Sea. We fell asleep to the roar of the waves.
