The best bakery so far in SA

We left at 9.30am with no breakfast as I did not do any shopping yesterday so no bread(no bakery open till next Monday in town) and we have run out of milk and cereal!!! The kids had Fruit slushies and fruit for a make do breakfast. We finally arrived at Ardrossan and had brunch ....the yummiest pies, sausage rolls, salad rolls, lamingtons, donuts we have had for awhile. Also more importantly, the coffee they made was the best I also have had so far in SA, not milky and weak....see Nathan you have educated me on the correct strength a latte should be!!!! We had a walk through the main street and visited the pharmacy....it was so well fit out it could put some city ones to shame. We did some grocery shopping at the Foodland IGA, these seem to be better than the stand alone IGAs. I left thinking if I had to choose a country town to live in at this moment in time ...this one would be it ....It so reminds me of Applecross Village in the sense of the friendliness of the people to us and to others. I have not found this in any other country town in WA or SA so far. It gave me a warm fuzzy!!! We arrived in Marion Bay and booked for two nights. We are just on the sand dunes so tomorrow there will definitely be an early morning walk along the beach. Sean,Liam and Miranda have already gone for an explore and find it a beautiful beach that is calm enough for the young ones to swim in!!
