so ive made it down to yangshuo with two dutch guys i met in guilin, robby and robert. we checked into the intl youth hostel on western street and i set off on my own to check out the town, a small little bubble of tons of mostly western mountain climbers who take advantage of the karst peaks all over the place. had a drink at the lizard lounge bar where i met a bunch of climbers and since i was craving western food, i had a burger for dinner at a place called the alley, owned by some really cool israelis. its actually the 13th as im writing this so ive done quite a bit. gone bike riding two days in a row, hiked up themoon hill and just explored the countryside. not really sure what im gonna do today, but im sure something fun will catch my attention.
