Nevada State House at night

Front doors of the State House in Carson City, Nevada

The Nevada capitol was one of our stealth missions. A night time visit that is.

The capitol security opened the front doors and seemed surprised to see us on the capitol steps. He shined his flashlight on our set-up and asked us what we were doing. Our standard reply, "We're just reading," seemed to satisfy him and he went back inside, leaving the door open. About 20 minutes later a second security officer came out, she was more supicious than the first one, then the first officer joined her. So we engaged them in conversation. Actually had a nice visit with them for about 15 minutes.

The next morning at breakfast we all felt impressed that we were to take the proclamation to Israel, so we spent the morning securing tickets. Ruth had received the scripture of Ezekiel 11 and when she read it to us the Ruach spoke to me very clearly that Israel is the next step in this journey. It's a brief visit, another stealth mission, but what a blessing it will be to step onto the promised land once again, even if it is only for a short time!
