Yesterday we were babysitting with Colby so here is how the day went. We were awake at 5:00 AM to have our morning coffee before driving to the hospital to meet Jennifer and Colby. We were in the parking lot by 6:40 AM. Colby greeted us with a big smile while we got hugs and a kiss from Jennifer.

Back at the RV, we enjoyed Colby playing with him for awhile before he decided that breakfast was a priority. Full of breakfast and a clean diaper, Colby entertained us for much of the remainder of the day.

I had to go into town to wash the filthy truck so we could see once again, the color of the paint. It was a mess, and it still needs to be hand washed to be clean.

Also, we had no internet service at the campground so I drove to McDonalds to do the journal and load pictures. Needless to say, the pictures did not load. Hopefully I can get some pictures loaded today.

Yesterday was Dennis & Sonja's wedding anniversary so I wanted to have pictures of them, but you will see them today.

I did some shopping at Wal-Mart while I was out and Marilyn fixed some of her great baked beans for a gathering of Cave Crew people in the evening.

Around 6:00 PM we joined John & Patty, Matt & Annie, Gretchen, Richard & Patsy, and John at the shelter to share a "pot luck" meal. Richard had prepared pork loin and everything was delicious. John & Patty had their grandson with them and he is a few months older than Colby. The babies were fascinated by each other and they also had a good time.

We drove to the hospital to meet Jennifer when she got off work at 7:30 PM. Once again, hugs and kisses were in order as we said goodbye to Jen and Colby.

Yesterday was another good day here in Hannibal and we just can't wait to see what this day has in store.....
