|Today we split up into two groups and had some very different experiances.
The first group of Matthew, Greg and Rebecca returned to the Happiest place on earth for some more disney magic.
Me and Pete however headed south of the border for a visit to Tijuana, Mexico. Starting in San Diego we rode the trolley through the city to San Ysidro where we crossed into Mexico.
What a culture shock, the minute you cross the border the stink starts and that is followed by kids juggling balls for money, taxi drivers who wan't to drive you 500 meters to the centre of town and store owners who sell everything from t-shirts to happy endings.
We stopped and ate at a small cantina where i was brave enough to have a couple of taco's but pete not to be phased by the lack of hygiene had a plate of mixed taco's that was said to contain chicken, beef and pork, let me assure you folks none of those animals had ever been near this plate but he ate it anyway.
After a couple of hours of sightseeing we headed back over the boerder and drove off to Santa Monica Pier where despite our best efforts we could not fid anywhere to park.
So we headed back to Anaheim and met up with the Disney gang who still had those strange disney smiles on thier faces.
