We are in Wilmington Ohio at a Thousand Trails park. We are about an hour Northeast of Cincinnati and the Northwest Kentucky border. Weather has been outstanding so far, with temps in the low 90’s and very low humidity,
So Margaret has been feeling great. Now that the big weekend is over the park is slowing down and the pool is much quieter and we can float around on our mattresses and nap (um, I mean swim and exercise). We, by accident found an air show, just starting up so we just stopped in and checked out some neat planes and choppers. We also spent a day walking around a huge flea market that just happens to be only a couple miles away. Luckily they are only open on the weekends or we would probably be there a lot more. We also found a nice Corp of Engineers Reservoir called Caesars Creek. We took the boat out there and spent the day just floating around checking out the scenery. We both got a little sunburn. The dogs had a blast at the secluded beaches we found. We did too of course. The water was nice and cool and pretty clear. We are heading to Lexington tomorrow to check out the Kentucky Horse Park. Gotta see those expensive horses and barns (Angela & Chrissy). We are here until the 12th and then on to Diamond Caverns in Kentucky for a week. Let you know when we get there, talk to ya later.
