We had a fantastic time camping on the Gregory River. We asked the station manager of the Riversleigh station if it was ok to camp on his property. With the Go ahead we found this fantastic place. We stayed for two great nights. With no one around we had the whole river to ourselves. We checked out the Lorne National Park but did not think that much of it. After seeing Kakadu we would have to be blown away to say its anything to compare. The road into the Park was very rough on the car. You will notice in the pics one driving light and the flat we got on the car. We are SO sick of bull dust. We are also glad to of spent the $$ and got a hard floor camper. Not one dust particle inside the camper. We have never seen such dry and depressing land. So many dead cows!

Today we drove another 600k's to Julia Creek. Good time to use a washing machine and rest for another megga 700k's east. Not sure if we will hit the coast tomorrow.

Anyhow better load some pics for you. Hope to see everyone in about a week maybe two.
