| We got up and moving fairly quickly this morning as we were due at Dave’s cousins in Melbourne for a Xmas lunch! They are British but living in Melbourne for a year and thought that as it is winter here at the moment a Xmas lunch would be fun! And it was! Dave’s parents were there for the weekend as well so in total there were nine of us. We had a lovely roast dinner followed by Xmas pudding, mince pies and chocolates! We even played charades and talked about the Queens speech – weird to think but Australians get to hear it before the British do because of the time differences! We got home about 8.30pm and had a snack and watched TV. Was a good day! |
