It´s a warm morning in Biniali . ... It actually has rained here and there these last few days which is unusual, of course. Everyone here is thankful for the coolness so they can do walkabouts on the sea wall or the beaches. We spent a lovely evening last night with Ramon and Monique at their home with the kids, Ivan, Eric and Judit. We had a tour of their wonderful home, which looks a whole lot different from the way it was thirteen years ago when we were here when it was still being renovated.
We had pá amb´ólies. Mmmmmm ´We´ll have to start making these at home.
We´re off to the beach this afternoon, up in Alcudia -an area we hadn´t visited on our earlier trip years ago. It´s so hot and wonderful on the beach. Daniel has a handy dandy easily erected beach cabana with sun protection that he has from South Africa. We Consequently, we have our own shade and canopy on the beach. They are well designed. I´ll have to order one for Marie Lake! The waves are incredible, the white sand wonderful. Oh, to dip one´s feet in the Mediterranean! Randy spent a lot of time jumping in the waves with Eliah. Kaira is with her friend Antonia. Kelly stayed behind with Dylan and Ethan, with Ethan ´under the weather´for the day. The beach is pàcked. Of course, all those topless women as normal is not so normal for us. The guys are not complaining about the foreign objects in their eyes!
While we were on the beach, we got a cell call that Randy´s luggage has finally arrived. Of course, Kelly pulled a fast one on Randy telling him that the luggage that arrived was red - and then she waited for a response because Randy´s was blue. Sucked in and duped, once again! She couldn´t resist. Apparently, the luggage was delayed because it remained in Gatwick and then once it arrived at the airport in Palma there was lot of lollygagging to have it delivered out to the countryside.
