| Hello folks Woke up back in Italy at port of Lovornio and weather not so good. We decided to do our own trip onshore today and so we walked off the ship and go a shuttle to outside the port. Got a bus to town centre and train to Pisa. By this stage it was pouring and we were wet. Off the train and bus to the TOWER. Walked about in the rain and everywhere is marble so slippery as hell.Went inside the catheral to dry off abit and that was amazing and some dead guy in a tomb. Anna went YUCK but Pete and I have yet to find out who he is. His face had a mask( thank god) but feet and lower legs pretty boney but he has been there for ??????? years. We didn,t climb up the tower as we have climbed every other tower etc and in the rain it is not very appealing. So back on the bus,train,bus and shuttle and ship. Shower and cocktail coming up!!!!!!!!! See you all xx |
