Eagle Park on the Mississippi

Today was supposed to be a day just to sit around and relax but we needed to make a Walmart run this morning so after that, it pretty much was. We bummed around the RV for a while then decided to drive over to Eagle Point Park in Dubuque to watch the boats on the river for a while.

We watched the river boat go through the locks along with a few other boats. Jonathan enjoyed the sidewalks with his scooter. Tom and I had some nice talk time so it was a nice evening. We were able to get some good pictures and stopped at DQ on the way home and called that dinner. It was a good day.
