Today, we said goodbye to Judy and Terry (Sharon's cousins) and headed out on our journal to Wahington DC. We took a ride through the local town of Abingdon, took some pictures and then set out. It is a real pretty drive up highway 81. We are spending tonight in a KOA Campground in Harrisonburg, Virginia. It is back in the woods and really beautiful, including fire flies (lightning bugs). We will have a four hour drive to DC tomorrow.
Tomorrow July 17 is Sharon's birthday - so she gets to go to one quilting store.
