This is the type of town that I like, small quiet and laid back. Cheryl liked it too, but there is no Walmart. The Beefburgers place was pretty neat, serving fries and gravy something I have not had in a while. No such thing as a shake, it is a malt or soda is a pop. Could tell we are easterner's. Cheryl does fit in around here though because a lot of the females drive 4x4's around here. Today getting fuel for the truck Cheryl said to me that she wanted to give me a break and she would drive. Pulling out of the gas station a guy looked at the lic plate and then looked at Cheryl and smiled. Two things she is missing though is her cowgirl hat and country music.
Rt90 is part of the Lewis and Clark trail and the trail goes right through Livingston. There is a statue for Sakajaweka and a park named after her along the Yellowstone River.
There are three different museums here (Fly Fishing, Railroads and History Of The Town).
