Relaxing

Headed out on our way again. Today was in and out of rain all day long. Spotted the “wildlife” again, bears, deer, bison and even horses (although they were probably not wild ones). See so many bear we don’t make a hard effort to get pictures anymore. Road was good until we got back into the Rockies and on the old Alaskan Hwy. Proved to be some rough spots slowing us down many times to 30mph for long stretches. Along this way we unloaded weight we didn’t know was extra. (Take a look at the pictures and you can see what is on the floor.) We encountered some severe potholes, without warning at the bottom of a hill around a curve. The result is what you see! Now we have added more to our casualty list. We went further than anticipated, ending up at Liard Hot Springs for the night. We took a dip in the hot springs. They were deeper and larger than the ones by Radium Hot Springs. One of the pools being 13ft deep. Nice relaxing ending to an intense day.
