| Okay, so we left Seal Beach, California at what my husband says is O dark hundred (5:40am). Our first day of travel was uneventful and we got to our first destination at Travis AFB around 3:30 pm. Our restroom stops were NOT few NOR far between!!!! The drive was very nice and the kids got along fine for the most part. We stopped at a few rest stops to have breakfast and lunch but dinner was Spaghetti in the RV. Jason and I decided that we could not make this trip without a nice video camera so we walked to the BX at Travis and bought ourselves a digital memory video camera. It is very small and nice. So, you all know what this means right. There will be some very interesting videos being downloaded onto this journal. Anyway, Day 1 down and many more to go. Talk to you all later. |
