Macau is the casino capital of Asia...I didn't gamble, but the resort casinos are overwhelming in Macau, especially out on the 'islands.' I stayed near the Largo de Senado which is the area that was built up by the Portuguese. I thought Macau was much more charming than Hong Kong, besides the casions of course. There was a typhoon off of the coast so it rained the whole time I was there! The Macau Museum is called the best museum in Asia, it really was, no one followed me around to make sure I didn't touch anything, and they gave me a student discount even though I didn't have my id!
