Grainger Summer Trip 2008 travel blog

We arrived in Annapolis and found our way to The Annapolis Naval Academy, where we stayed. This RV park leaves a lot to be desired, especially in the shower and bathroom departments. I shouldn't be complaining because the park itself was nice. There was a lot of space between RV's and it did have water, but only had 30 amp power. So we are there during the first heat wave of the season and can only use one air conditioner. So, it was not too cool in the RV.

Since we had no sewer hookup, we utilized the showers provided at the park. They were a disaster looking for somewhere to happen. The shower rods were about to fall off the wall, the water took forever to drain and the bugs in the shower were very distracting. But, as one of the other RVers in the park pointed out, the price was right and we shouldn't complain. But they really should bomb the bathroom and start over.

Darryl came over to visit on Monday, and then he had to finish up with his last two days of school. So, we are going out to dinner tonight and we head out on our next leg tomorrow.
