Road Shot to Sault St Marie
Lake Superior
| Left Marathon at 9am. arrived in Sault St. Marie at about 4pm Ed's truck only stopped twice, at least there was room on the highway to stop.We had a hugh rain storm while driving visiblity was nill we were lucky to see the yellow lines on the road, it lasted for about a half hour of and on it sure was scary.We drove around Lake Superior weaving inland then back to the lake the whole day very senic.Lake Supeior is over 600 kl's long.We didn't do any sight seeing for this was a Walmart stop. We were a little disippointed for we had planned to go an take a tour of the Soo lock they are now an historic site, Ed had planned to see other one's hope they are as good.So this was not an interesting stop just went to Walmart.Can't unhook while there. |
