Started off the day with an early morning breakfast and then was on the bus for a 2hr drive to see the historical site of Stonehenge. Then after Stonehenge was another hour drive to the historical city of Bath. Bath was breathtakingly beautiful, the buildings were so historic and I was just in awe looking at them. They was lots of great shopping there and even some familiar stores (like my fav store "Accesorize"). Jessica and I had lunch at an outdoor cafe gazing at the beautiful sites around us. Absolutely beautiful!
While in Bath, we of course saw the Roman Baths. So much history! After Bath, it was a 3hr drive back to London where most of us chose to sleep on the way back. I tried to stay awake to take in the beautiful England countryside.
Later that night, Jessica and I met up with two other girls (Canadians, yay!) for some supper. I was not a fan of the Ceaser Salad as it had anchoives in it and I just couldn't eat it. But the pizza I ordered was very good. It covered the entire size of my plate (if not more). I couldn't eat it all, but it was good. After dinner, us girl went on the London Underground and got to the Tower of London and walked around. It was late so we couldn't get inside to see the crown jewels or anything, we walked across a few bridges and saw Shakespeare's Globe and St.Paul's Cathedral and took some pics.
SIDE NOTE: I got stuck in the door of the subway as the girls made a last minute decision to get off the train thinking it was the wrong one (turns out it wasn't) and I was the last of the 4 of us to get off so I got stuck, but I pushed my way out to safety.
