|Well, after less than 2 hours of sleep last night, we watched the sun rise over Bangkok from our hotel room: very cool. We figured, why waste time if we were up, so we grabbed breakfast at our hotel, took lots of Bangkok city photos from the rooftop and headed for the train station. We took a train from Bangkok to Ayuthaya (about 2 hours). Ayuthaya is the old capital of Siam, now Thailand.
There were so many ruins to see, so we hired a tuk tuk (a glorified scooter with a trailer attatched to it) to take us from place to place, as the temperature was over 100 degrees. We payed way too much money (I think it was 20 bucks), however with the heat, it was so worth it! Man is it hot. We had a great time though.
