On the road again, today we drove out of South Dakota and straight through Minnesota, but we did make a few stops along the way, Menards (home improvement centre) and Cabela's. It is similar to a Bass Pro store. Gassed up before we left South Dakota at $3.59/US gallon, but this was high test. In an area of Minnesota, called Worthington, there were lots of wind turbines, they lined the highway like soldiers. We reached the midpoint of I-90, America's longest highway, in Blue Earth, Minnesota, which coincidentally is the valley of the Jolly Ho! Ho! Ho!"Green Giant" Green peas and cream corn are still canned here today. It was a little too dark for any photo ops, sorry. We crossed into Wisconsin and stayed in Hudson, here gas was $3.22 per US gallon. 793 kilometres today. Weather still amazingly cooperative.
