| Just a quick update and a few pictures from the sleepy town of Savvanakhet, Laos. We spent the day checking out the small but interesting dinosaur museum. After,we bought some bus tickets for the overnight bus to Vientiane, the capital of Laos. At lunch we had some extremely spicy soup and Darren took on a challenge from Tanya to eat one of the 2 peppers that was in the soup. The video uploaded on the site will show you what transpired. What I won't do for my viewing audience?? We had ourselves a nice home cooked Laos meal at Mama's Restaurant and are just killing time until our 9:30pm departure. See you in Northern Laos!! D and T |
