The Robinson's are off again! Starting out the first week of January. First grandchild here we come.

Beginning the trip East Mar 12, 2008

We are travelling Rte 80 for now and, boy, the scenery is awesome. Several weeks ago, there was a very bad snow storm along 80 in California and Nevada. We were amazed at how much snow was still left along the road and mountains - a real winter wonderland. We camped at a small casino RV park on Wednesday and are camping tonight,the 13th, in a small park in Wells, NV. Russ faced very stiff winds coming across Nevada . Tomorrow, Friday the 14th, when we cross over into Utah, we will change over to Mountain time.

As we settle in for the night, the sky is blue and the sun warm streaming through the window. Lucas is curled up on the couch next to me in the sun. He's happy too. Oh yes, we also saw a robin as we stepped out of the RV.
