| My sister Karen and her husband Chuck spent the weekend with us. We went to the Kennedy Space Center (photos attached Don't pay attention to Chuck's Finger in the second photo) and to Canaveral National Sea Shore. Canaveral National Sea Shore is a 30 mile stretch of Atlantic Ocean shoreline with no condos, houses or anything. Unusual these days. By the way, the shuttle that is launching on 3/11/08 is on the pad. the orange tip in the last photo is the main fuel tank. |
