The ham radio antenna
| The RV is finally packed and we will head out tomorrow morning. Both of us are exhausted; a thousand trips back and forth to the RV, emptied the pantry and the refrigerator/freezer, and the ham radio antenna is in place. The check list has been checked and double checked. Russ drove up to Philadelphia this afternoon to have dinner with his Mother and I have a doctor appointment to make sure my back will at least start out in good order. Then there is the drug store, the bank and dinner with the "girls". Can't believe that in a few short weeks we'll be grandparents. Be prepared for all the pictures I'll send. Heather left this morning to go back to Arizonia - her flight was scheduled for 7 AM. Of course, it was cancelled due to mechanical problems and she was rescheduled for 3PM. Thank goodness for DVD players. Our kids are never very successful with airplane travel. |
