Early this morning we were making our way through the Le Maire channel, but had to turn back, because there was too much ice in the channel. Holly and I were able to spot some whales and birds out our window before we actually managed to get our behinds out of bed.
We let ourselves sleep in a bit since we knew we'd be up late for New Year's Eve tonight.
