Hi Everyone,
Mother Nature threw a little hissy fit yesterday and the winds howled and the snow blew but today all is returning to normal. It was getting to look a little scarey for leaving on our trip on the 2nd but today looks better. We took Shelby and Silas out to see the Llamas and Alpacas today and see how they weathered the storm. Apparently they are designed pretty well because none of the herd looked any worse for wear despite the severity of the storm. Shelby was her usual playful self and now Silas is getting more used to the critters but still a little apprehensive. He can't figure out why they don't run when he charges them and then to make matters worse, a couple of them actually charge him...very unsettling for a herding dog. We will be spending the day tomorrow with all of Angel's family so it may be a few days before another entry. If you do stop by to check out our journal, please leave us a note and let us know what you think of things and how we might improve our entries to be more enjoyable. (No, we won't type without clothes on!) Enjoy your holidays, you can always drop us a note on email or call our cell phones. Take care,
Reid, Angel, Shelby and Silas the rental dog
