New craft fair at the mill

Sunday is another beautiful day, but probably the last warm and sunny day for a week or so. Today is our trip to the War Eagle Fall Craft Fair. Off we go with kinda sketchy directions, so of course we get a little lost on a beatiful mountain road. After we turn around, as luck would have it - George spots two women in a red mustang convertible "Hey I bet they know the way to the craft fair-let's follow them". The little red mustang with the vanity plates "Pemmie" zips and zooms around hill and dale with great confidence and soon we are parked in the preferred parking field at War Eagle. Good Job Pemmie!

The craft fair is the number one fair in Arkansas and has been held here for the last 54 years. The original fair is at War Eagle Mills Farm and across a scenic bridge is War Eagle Mill Craft Fair. The quality at the original fair is outstanding with a wide array of hand crafted items and artists. The newer fair at the Mill is all outdoor with some very nice vendors also. The day is great and I am glad we came a day early to visit the fair.
