| Today was a very long driving day. We decided to make tracks going south. The weather in Ft Nelson was terrible this morning. The water hookup was frozen and I had to put a frozen hose in the motorhome to thaw out as we drove along. The highlight of our drive today was the Hudson Hope Loop south of Ft St John. It is a beautiful mountain drive on a winding 2 lane road that frequently goes up and down 10% grades. The autumn leaves are at their peak and set off the view. Tonight, we are in Prince George. We got in around 7 PM and had dinner, then will soon be off to bed and up to another long drive tomorrow. |
