It was an easy drive to Asheville, North Carolina today. We toured the Biltmore Estate. They weren't kidding when they said it was the Largest Home in America. It took us 2 hrs to go through the house on a self-guided tour. 250 rooms. The tour shows you only 60 rooms. The house alone covers 4 acres inside and sits on 8,000 acres. It was built by George Vanderbilt. He came from a family with a vast fortune in shipping and railroads. It really is something to see. There are many other buildings and a winery on the property. You could spend days and days here. Sorry, you could not take pictures inside the home.

I forgot to let you know that the emergency Dr. called Garry back and his tests came back negative for Lyme's disease. Ibuprofen seems to help but the aching never goes away. Hopefully it will stay calm till we get home.

Finally we have gotten into some cooler weather. Mid 70's! Beautiful day today.
