More Adventures with Daisy 2007-08 travel blog

This morning we got on the road around 10:00 and all was well until a few miles south of Buffalo when Barb's fifth wheel had a blowout. Her tires are only 14 months old! That's scary. We pulled over on the shoulder at an exit and she called her emergency service. A service man arrived about 45 minutes later and got the tire changed for her. Now she has to order another tire for a spare.

We had stopped at the Eastern Pennsylvania Niagara Falls welcome center and bought tickets for three tours - nearly $300 per person! We had made reservations for the evening tour to the Falls tonight. We were supposed to have been picked up at 5:15 at the Royal Campground but, of course, we had to change our reservations because we couldn't possibly have arrived at the campground in time to join the tour.

We will be staying at the Royal Campground in North Tonawanda for three nights. It is conveniently located to Niagara Falls
