We arrived here yesterday. Our camper is sitting on the banks of the Arkansas River. We went to Little Rock today to the Presidential Library of President William J. Clinton. It was nice and we had lunch there also. The cafe is called "Cafe 42" since he was the 42nd Governor of Arkansas and the 42nd President of the United States of America. It was built by private donations at a cost of 165 million dollars. It is located on 30 acres of land on the Arkansas River.
