1923 Rvers in Yellowstone

We left Billings and drove West. We stopped in Deer Lodge, Montana so we could visit the Grant - Kohrs Ranch National Historic Site. This ranch was the biggest ranch in Montana. It has been well preserved. After visiting the ranch, we toured the Montana State Prison. It was their first prison and it was used up until 1972. Our campground is the first one we stayed at under our new membership in Coast to Coast. It saved us about $20 for two nights here. The weather suddenly turned cool. I heard one Montanan say that Montana has 9 months of winter and 3 months of visitors.
