On the road again. . .
After spending 5 nights at Glacier National Park, we were ready to get back on the road. Montana is a beautiful state and as you drive down then highway you know why it is called Big Sky country. We stopped in Shelby, Montana where my sister-in-law, Arnell, had forwarded our mail. It is always exciting to get the big package of mail.
We drove as far as Helena, Montana and stopped at the Lincoln Road RV Park where we had stayed on our way out to Alaska. The drive was uneventful—good road and beautiful scenery. We were ready to have internet access and hot showers. We need to get caught up here.
After dropping off the trailer we headed for the grocery store. The grocery stores in Glacier were so expensive and carried very few items so the refrigerator was looking bare. We only had one slice of bread left and we could not face peanut butter for one more lunch! Hot showers were next on the list as we did not have water hook up at Glacier and the campground did not have showers. The rest of the evening we spent catching up on e-mail.
