Hot Hot Hot New Mexico! Carlsbad caverns are amazing! We went 700 feet below ground, much cooler down there. Learned about the history and how they were formed...how the men had to walk 700 feet below ground to discover them. No elevators back then! That night at Carlsbad caverns we watched the bats take flight to get food. There were tons of bats and we got lucky because it was a full moon.
