| Wuhan is a city made up of three former large towns, namely Wuchang, Hankou and Hanyang, and the Lonely Planet guidebook gives Wuhan quite a good write up actually. However I've decided to rest up and sort out my stomach issues which have dogged my trip on the Yangtze, catch up with emails and upload my photos, which leads to a lazy time generally for me here. The weather turns against me on the 26th, and it isn't until the late afternoon of that day that I venture out into Hankou along with Peter, Jason and Stefan, my three other roommates. As I feel as though I'm on the road to recovery, I evaluate my options and decide that Shanghai is to be my next destinaton, and book my train ticket. The 27th June is very humid, but at last the rain has abated by and large, but I'm just not in the mood to venture out so elect to update this blog, and hang around doing very little. |
