Well, we are back in Turkey after a few days in Greece. So far we have had a great time in both, however we can not get over how nice the people of Turkey are. They are very helpful and are very pleasant.
We hoped a bus to the Kos Ferry terminal this am and 1 1/2 hours later we were in Bodrum. All went very smooth until we discovered we were on the wrong ferry. We quickly made and exit and moved on.
As most of the towns we visited Bodrum is just or even better that the others. They have a huge marina with hundreds of sail boats and every other boat that you may want.
We plan to stay here for the next three or four days before moving on, just where we are not sure yet.
There a a lot to see here so we will take our time and if we need more time here we will take it.
Well at first glance Bodrum looked much like any other small harbour town. However did we get a surprıse last night. A waiter at an outdoor restaurant told us we should take a walk in the old district. We were blown away with the amount of shops, outdoor restaurants and bars. We walked for more than an hour through the brightly lit streets. One particulare club held over 4000.
There is so much to see here that 3 or 4 days would never do it. İf your going to Turkey Bordum is a must.
