Inside the Guiness Storehouse - water - one of the essential ingredients
| We went off walking - photo stop at the statue of Molly Malone, Daniel O'Connell and the Famine memorial. We then walked to the Guinness Storehouse to try some of the 'local brew'. Took us 40minutes to get to the head of the line and then we were able to wander. Sat in the Galaxy Bar with a FREE pint of Guinness (aka MUD) Kids had coke. Admired the Dublin skyline and when we realised it was POURING with rain decided to hit the cinema. Watched Pirates of the Caribbean - no Irish accents on any of them!. Back to the hotel for a night of no sleep as the hotel has a nite club downstairs and we couldn't get the kids to leave - they just danced all nite.(Not really but everyone else did so we suffered for it). Ah well. |
