| We are just West{or maybe that was East} of Venice right now staying at my uncle's brother's house. You know you think you are getting used to sleeping in hotels. Then you stay at a house and realize that a hotel is nothing like a home. Jonathan and Isabel have three kids, so we get to fall alseep with all the disney movies we want! And we do! But anyways we got here on Friday and pretty much relaxed the rest of the day. Saturday mom showed up. We went toured around a little bit before we went to pick up mom. We went to a this little resort place on the coast. I know it starts with a C{I'm too lazy to walk down the stairs and ask so I will find out later.} A very beautiful place. It has a little church right on the beach. Of course I wasn't thinking and left my camera at home. But I was told when the family went there to play at the beach last winter, there was snow all over the beach. I can only imagine.So we just cruised around a little and took the long way through the country to pick mom up at the airport. We showed up a little early to pick mom up to we went to get some quick lunch and commited a huge sin and went to McDonalds. We were told we would and Lindsay was just not going to do it but well I told her to buck up. It was alright. Anyways, we went and found mom. She was just a little excited to be in Italy but then soon had some wine and passed out. |
