The Greenhouse Backpackers Hostel - V-nice.

....The worlds first smiling croc! Too bad she forgot to moisturise -...

Oh dammit I just cant get comfy, oh well, I'll just wedge...

Bit blurry but a hydrant burst and I captured it. Superman came...

Rialto towers, the little line actually says 'Observation Deck'.

Melbourne from 260 metres up (ish!).

Feeling Giddy? ;o)

Home of Melbournes giant pancake factory, although occasionally they hire it out...

..and by night.

Port Phillip in the background.

..We go to bed, you get up! (Map moves left to right)

A shot along the Yarra river.

Well here we are in Melbourne! City looks wickid and like a really organised and cleaner version of London. Met a guy on the Plane who was going to Melbourne on work for two days so he picked up the fare for the cab and then walked us to our doorstep which is the Greenhouse Backpackers Hostel right in the centre of Melbourne City. Its got a garden on the roof and every facility you can think of!

Had a Roof bar-b-q last night and they needed a volunteer to help dish food out, wash dishes etc in return for a free nights accomodation! So I dished out sausages to 130 people! Then secretly dying with reluctance, I washed the dishes =(( (Chris, stop laughing!)

Anyway, got my free night out of it so I'm happy. Went to Melbourne Aquarium today and saw pretty much exactly the same as you'd see in any other aquarium but was still fascinated by 3 metre sharks gliding over my head!

Well, speak soon - upload some piccies soon.

Paul.
