Ja Mon, welcome to Jamaica. The Jamaican people were very friendly and also there accent is awesome. The city of Kingston probably isn't one of the nicest places that I have been to in the world, but it is a bit different to most big cities. The layout of the city itself was spread out and not full of too many high rise buildings. As was expected in Kingston there was a big waft of Marijuana smell in most places as you walked by the local citizens. Of course going to Jamaica the home of Reggae it was only fitting that we went to Bob Marley museum on Hope road, well in fact it is his actually house which they have turned into a gated museum due to the overwhelming amount of fans that he had not only in Jamaica, but world wide. It was really good to see and learn about the life of Bob Marley, we only get a chance to listed to his music back home in Oz, but you learn that he was a man of peace and wanted to make a difference in the world, in which I'm sure he did. Other then the museum we had a chance to poke our heads into Cuddys Bar (owned by Courtney Walsh) and look around many shops they had, but everything seemed so much more expensive probably because we were used to the low South American prices. Our stay in Kingston was enjoyable but there was no hiding the fact that we were there to see the cricket, which I must add was the talking point for every taxi driver that we come across. So goodbye Jamaica, and lets get to Barbados
