Final pictures from my last week in Bali. Not much to report other than daily surfing (or the attempting thereof), taking motorbike rides, getting over sickness, some souvenir shopping and beach life.

On my last day as I was sitting in a cafe they were filming some footage for a Jakarta television show. As the token gringo in the cafe they asked me to be in the filming and act my natural self. Apparently on the of the girls is one of the most famous actresses in Indonesia. I was feeling generous so I did it all for free. I even offered my autograph.

If anyone is thinking about going to Bali, do it. It really is a special place. The people are unique friendly people, the surfing, beaches and diving is incredible, and it is still dirt cheap. Things you can get for $3 in Bali: a room, a meal, a massage on the beach, a surfboard rental, a motorcycle rental for a day, a cocktail, a T-shirt, a sarong, a watch, a taxi ride across town, three beers. Your dollar goes along way here.

I'm in Taipei for one night complimentary of China Airlines and then back home!
