Magnificent Sunset

Relaxing After A Long Day Of Driving

Another Look

Today we packed up and headed for Arkansas. The Marriott is hosting a Tasting on the 16th. Danica ad Tom are having their wedding reception there so we decided we wanted to attend so we could taste some of the various menu items and get more of an idea of how things would work. We wanted to be in Des Moines for that event and also on the 1st of April for a wedding shower. So, since Iowa is still too darn cold and the campgrounds have not yet turned on their water, we decided that Arkansas, some where near Branson, would be a good place to stay. Then we can rent a car and drive in for the Tasting and the Shower.

We left Marana, Arizona around 10:00 AM and landed at the Lakeside RV Park in Elephant Butte, New Mexico for the night. Lakeside RV Park is a member of Passport America so we got a rate of $16 for the night. It is a beautiful campground and we would recommend it highly. We arrived just before sunset and were able to eat our dinner outside

and watch the sunset.

We're traveling again tomorrow!
